I’m a Senior Research Fellow at the Future of Work Institute, Curtin University. My research is multidisciplinary, with a broad focus on improving mental performance and wellbeing through workplace design, technological innovation, and computational modelling. I am particularly interested in workload, mental fatigue, automation, and the application of hierarchical Bayesian models, and I regularly collaborate with industry to conduct demand-driven research that applies robust organizational science to address practical workplace challenges.
I am deeply driven to improving equity and diversity, with a particular emphasis on gender inclusion and equity, and gender-diverse intersectionality. I hold leadership and development roles in the space of inclusive university-wide policy development.
