I’m a Senior Research Fellow at the Future of Work Institute, Curtin University. My research is multidisciplinary, dedicated to improving mental performance and wellbeing through workplace design, technological innovation, and computational modelling. I develop and apply computational methods, such as Bayesian modelling, to enable robust organizational science. I regularly collaborate with industry to conduct research that improves workplaces and scientific knowledge.
I am passionate about advancing equity and inclusion, particularly regarding transgender and gender-diversity rights, as well as the intersection of neuro-diversity. I have held leadership roles in the development and implementation of inclusive university-wide policies for gender-diverse individuals.
